Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted with IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany) and on our own infrastructure in Germany.

Each time the website is accessed, the web server automatically records:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Page or file requested
  • Browser and operating system (user agent)
  • Referrer URL (previously visited page)

These data are used exclusively to ensure uninterrupted operation and to detect attacks. They are not merged with other data sources. Log files are deleted automatically after 30 days.

SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar and the “https://” prefix. This prevents third parties from reading data you transmit to us.

Cookies

We currently use only technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the website (e.g. session cookies). These cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser session.

Should we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, a cookie consent banner will be displayed beforehand. No optional cookies are set without your explicit consent.

For the ERP readiness check we collect:

We send the evaluation and the PDF guide to you by email via Brevo. We use your data to deliver an appropriate result and to contact you if necessary.

HANA migration calculator

For the HANA migration calculator we collect:

  • Name and company
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)

Based on this information we prepare a cost estimate and send you a quote by email via Brevo.

Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter using a double opt-in procedure. We collect your email address and optionally your name. Your address is only added to the distribution list after you confirm the activation link.

We send the newsletter via Brevo. You may cancel your subscription at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email.

We use Microsoft Bookings (part of Microsoft 365) for online appointment booking. In doing so, your name, email address, and, where applicable, further information about the reason for the appointment are processed.

Applicant data

If you apply to us by email at deinezukunft@rconsult.biz, we process:

  • Name and contact details
  • CV and application documents
  • Salary expectations and availability

Your application data are used exclusively to conduct the application process. After the process has been completed, we store your documents for a maximum of 6 months in order to demonstrate compliance with the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). The data are then deleted unless you have consented to longer retention.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR in conjunction with § 26 BDSG (processing for the purposes of the employment relationship).
