AI for SAP Business One - not announced, but shipped.

While others talk about AI in the ERP, our solutions run at customers: RC.AI as an assistant in daily business, RC.MCP for AI agents - GDPR-compliant up to fully on-premise.

Ahead of the curve - verifiably

A pioneer is whoever ships before others announce. Here is what that looks like for us:

Early 2026

AI in-house

The first AI assistants and automations run in our own daily operations.

June 2026

First deliveries

RC.AI and RC.MCP go live at the first customers.

August 2026

Full rollout

RC.AI with three access points: WebClient, SAP client, and Telegram - with published prices.

Outlook

SAP follows

The SAP roadmap announces GenAI features and open-source MCP for Business One.

What AI concretely gets done in your ERP

No buzzwords - three examples from production use.

Incoming invoices from PDF

Hand over the invoice via drag and drop: identify the supplier, match the purchase order, set tax codes, create the document as a draft. Approval stays with a human.

Answers via chat instead of queries

'Show me all overdue invoices for customer X' - answers in seconds, without SQL, without Crystal Reports, without the one colleague who knows the queries.

AI agents for workflows

Via RC.MCP, AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n) access SAP in a secured way - for automations from document checks to reporting.

From EUR 19 per user/month

RC.AI - the SAP Business One AI Assistant

Operate SAP via chat - in the WebClient, in the classic SAP client, and via Telegram. Create documents, process incoming invoices, run reports. In natural language.

For every workplace

Three access points, one assistant - including voice messages from your smartphone. Every user with their own SAP login and their own authorisations.

Over 40 SAP tools

From quotation creation with real document linking to incoming invoices from PDF - plus generic access to over 250 SAP objects.

Transparent pricing

EUR 19 per user/month rental or EUR 380 purchase per user. Setup EUR 1,490. No feature tiers.

From EUR 119/month

RC.MCP - open SAP Business One up to AI agents

The production MCP server for SAP Business One: exposes the Service Layer as secured tools for Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, and other MCP clients - with OAuth 2.1 and a full audit log.

Over 50 tools

Master data, documents, inventory, finance, and workflows - clearly scoped and controllable per edition.

Secured by design

OAuth 2.1, cryptographic licence management, two-step confirmation for posting actions.

Ahead of the SAP roadmap

SAP announces MCP support for B1 - RC.MCP delivers exactly that in production today.

We use AI ourselves - every day

We do not sell anything we do not use ourselves. Our own work is the permanent field test.

AI-assisted development

Our add-ons, migrations, and integrations are built with AI assistance - faster and more thoroughly tested. Our fixed-price HANA migration runs AI-assisted as well.

Internal automations

Ticket system, accounting, marketing: AI automations handle routine work for us daily - the same patterns we deploy at customers.

Ready for AI search

This website is optimised for AI too: whoever asks ChatGPT or Claude for SAP B1 partners with AI expertise finds our content prepared in machine-readable form.

SAP opens Business One up to AI - we are the partners for it

The SAP roadmap announces GenAI in the Web Client and open-source MCP support - and explicitly relies on the partner network for the actual AI value. That is exactly the role we fill: with solutions that already run in production and an architecture that matches SAP’s direction.

Compatible with the roadmap

Tool-based SAP access via the Service Layer - the same approach SAP is taking with MCP. No detour that needs correcting later.

Independent where it counts

SAP's AI features run via SAP BTP in the cloud. With us, you choose the AI backend yourself - all the way to fully on-premise.

Also for the classic client

SAP's AI plans target the Web Client. RC.AI additionally brings AI to the classic SAP client and to your smartphone.

GDPR: the question AI projects usually fail on

Payroll and financial data do not belong in a US data centre. That is why data protection is architecture with us, not a footnote.

AI model in Germany

Hosted by RConsult: language processing exclusively in Germany, no third-country transfer, your data is never used for model training - DPA included.

Server components at your site

The RC.AI backend and RC.MCP run on your infrastructure, next to the SAP server. Only the specific request goes to the AI model - never your database.

Fully on-premise possible

With a local model via Ollama, not a single byte leaves your network - not even for the AI. The choice is yours.

Frequently asked questions about AI in SAP Business One

Is AI in the ERP mature or still a gimmick?
Neither - it is a tool. Our solutions reliably handle concrete, well-defined tasks: creating documents, processing incoming invoices from PDFs, querying data, generating reports. They make no autonomous decisions - posting-relevant documents are created as drafts, and approval stays with a human. Exactly this boundary is what makes AI in the ERP fit for daily use.
What happens to our data?
You decide - on three levels: an AI model hosted by us in Germany (no third-country transfer, your data is never used for model training, data processing agreement included), your own API key with a cloud provider, or a fully local model inside your network - in which case not a single byte leaves the building. The server components run on your infrastructure anyway.
What is SAP itself doing - and what does that mean for us?
The SAP roadmap announces GenAI features in the Web Client and open-source MCP support for Business One - and explicitly relies on the partner network to deliver the actual AI value. In other words: the path we have been on since 2026 is the official one. Starting with us today means investing in the direction SAP itself has taken - just earlier.
What is the best way to get started?
With a concrete, measurable process instead of a big-bang project. Typical entry points: processing incoming invoices from PDFs (RC.AI), answers via chat instead of writing queries, or a first AI agent via RC.MCP. In a free strategy call we look at your processes and find the case with the fastest payoff.
Do we need clean data before AI makes sense?
No. Our solutions work with the data in your SAP - they return what the Service Layer delivers. Gaps in master data will show in the answers, but a data cleanup project is not a prerequisite for getting started.
What does it cost to get started?
RC.AI starts at EUR 19 per user/month (plus EUR 1,490 setup), RC.MCP at EUR 119/month. All prices are published on the product pages - no quote black box. What getting started means for your specific scenario is what we clarify in the strategy call.
